Orders and shipping

How long will my order take?

Every HRVATO piece is made to order. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, then shipping takes about 3–4 business days in the United States, 6–8 in Europe and 10–20 for most other international destinations. See our shipping policy for every region.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. HRVATO ships to Croatians around the world, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Croatia. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Items are made to order and can be produced at different facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is made especially for you, all sales are final and we don't accept returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Every apparel product page has a size guide in inches and centimeters. The easiest way to choose is to measure a similar piece you already own and like the fit of, then compare it with the chart. Some styles are unisex or relaxed fits, which is noted in the product description.

Wall art

What sizes do the framed prints come in?

Our framed Croatian city map prints and Croatian food alphabet prints come in 8 × 10, 11 × 14 and 16 × 20 inches, with a black, red oak or white frame.

Are the framed prints ready to hang?

Yes. Each framed print has a lightweight Ayous wood frame, an acrylic front protector and hanging hardware included.

Do you sell unframed posters?

Yes. Our Croatian matte posters are printed on thick matte paper, in the same city map and food alphabet designs, and are available here on hrvato.com.
