Shipping Policy
Every HRVATO piece is made to order especially for you. Here is what to expect after you place your order.
Production time
Orders usually take 3–7 business days to produce. Once your order is made, it ships to you.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- United States: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Each order is printed and shipped from the production facility best placed to reach you, so items in the same order can arrive in separate packages.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country. These fees are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by HRVATO. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we can send a replacement, but shipping for the replacement will be at your cost.
My order should be here by now
First, check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the address, ask your local post office, and check with neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If you still can't find it, get in touch through our contact page or at info@hrvato.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us through our contact page or at info@hrvato.com within 14 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and photos of the item, and we will make it right. See our refund policy for full details.
